This is one of the facts that people often ignore to mention. They feel that they should talk up their cosmetic surgery, and tell anyone and everyone who is willing to listen just how amazing it is. Yet they ignore the fact that most cosmetic surgery actually is very painful and you are left feeling very sore during the recovery process. In fact just the realisation that there is a recovery step needed should be evidence enough that it is invasive surgery!
